Al-Mustafa Family Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager of Housekeeping to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. This role involves hands-on supervision and coordination of housekeeping activities at the clinic located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, contributing to the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the clinic.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Enforce health and safety protocols in line with clinic policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and compliance with standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify areas needing maintenance or improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth clinic operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent organizational skills.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and coordinate with other departments.
Al-Mustafa Family Clinic offers a supportive work environment where the Manager of Housekeeping will be an integral part of a committed healthcare team.
