Job Description

Position Summary:

Coordinates human resources and administrative activities, such as employment, compensation, and benefits, along with responsibility of administrative tasks including day to day activities of office by performing the following duties.

Major Responsibilities (TORs):

  • Maintain and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions in coordination with the relevant component managers.
  • Responsible for recruitment and staffing by following recruiting, testing, interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection as and when required and conducting exit interviews; recommending changes after analysis in the organizational policies for employee retention.
  • Ensures legal compliance in accordance with applicable labor laws as per the government of Pakistan.
  • Review management guidelines by recommending updates/amendments in human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains human resource records by designing and maintaining past and current records.
  • Provides administrative support to conferences, workshops, retreats, trainings etc.
  • Negotiates and prepares contractual agreements ensuring that appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests of the organization
  • Effectively implements various HR system / sub – systems and mechanisms
  • Preparation of employment contracts, experience letters etc.
  • Prepares and maintains salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems
  •  Maintains leave records, Biometric attendance register etc.
  • Ensure administrative and logistical support to staff.
  • Implementation of approved procedures and ensures compliance and maintenance support.
  • Implement guidelines for issuance of office facilities/equipment for the present staff and new employees.
  • Supervise all the procurement for the organization.
  • Oversee day to day operational activities
  • Maintains lists of vendors, suppliers and service providers.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the senior management.
