Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analyses of performance and cost metrics across all logistics functions, including first mile, line haul, and last mile operations. Identify operational inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for improvement by analyzing patterns, anomalies, and trends within large datasets. Develop comprehensive business cases supported by cost-benefit analyses to guide investment decisions and key operational initiatives. Design and maintain insightful dashboards and automated reports to track critical KPIs and assess the impact of optimization efforts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially Finance and Operations, to lead cost rationalization projects from inception through execution. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and continuous process improvements. Monitor post-implementation results to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree considered an advantage. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or strategy roles, focusing on performance and cost optimization. Strong analytical skills are essential, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and other data visualization tools. Proven success in leveraging data to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable operational improvements is necessary. A solid understanding of logistics operations and cost structures across first mile, line haul, and last mile segments is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in cross-functional environments, are important. Experience in e-commerce, express logistics, or technology-driven logistics settings is highly valued. Financial modeling expertise and experience working closely with finance teams are also important. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
