We are looking for a responsible Manager Operations to perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Duties includes but not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
- Maintain and manage administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Procurement of Goods and Services on petty cash, as required.
- Bids Preparations as per the requirement
- Book keeping
- Maintenance of vehicle, fuelling.
- Maintenance of vehicle log.

Good Negotiation Skills, Work well under pressure, Ms Office (Excel in particular), Excellent administration skills, fantastic interpersonal skills
