As the Manager Partnerships & Digital Products based in Islamabad, you will be instrumental in driving strategic brand collaborations across diverse consumer sectors. Your main objective will be to secure exclusive, high-value partnerships that fuel app growth and increase revenue. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, staying informed on market trends, and consistently meeting ambitious growth targets. You will oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from negotiation and onboarding to campaign execution and performance evaluation, ensuring outcomes that benefit both the company and its partners. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be part of a dynamic team of 4–5 professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Strategic Partnerships by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with brands in retail, travel, and e-commerce sectors, securing exclusive and high-value agreements for the platform.
- Drive App Growth through collaborative campaigns focused on user acquisition, increasing app downloads, and boosting brand visibility across multiple channels.
- Generate Revenue by owning and expanding the partnerships revenue stream, negotiating commercial agreements, monetizing merchant listings, and upselling premium placements or features.
- Manage Relationships by building and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders to foster mutual growth and long-term value.
- Negotiate and Execute Deals by structuring, negotiating, and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with business goals and growth strategies.
- Oversee Onboarding and Implementation to ensure a smooth partner integration process and manage end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives.
- Conduct Market Analysis by continuously monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine partnership strategies.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally with internal teams such as product, marketing, finance, and compliance to facilitate seamless partnership deal execution.
- Track Performance by monitoring and analyzing partnership metrics to ensure achievement of key KPIs and revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in digital product and app ecosystems with a successful track record of closing high-value brand deals that drive downloads, revenue, and growth.
- Experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing key partners to enhance business growth and create sustainable value.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively execute partnerships.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfort and familiarity with new digital products and emerging technologies.
