As the Manager Partnerships & Digital Products based in Islamabad, you will lead the development and growth of strategic brand collaborations across diverse consumer sectors. Your main objective will be to secure exclusive, high-value partnerships that drive app growth and increase revenue. This role requires identifying new market opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends, and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will oversee the entire partnership lifecycle—from negotiation and onboarding to campaign execution and performance analysis—ensuring outcomes that benefit both the company and its partners. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of 4–5 members to strengthen the platform’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and close exclusive partnerships with brands in retail, travel, and e-commerce, securing high-value deals for the platform.
- Drive App Growth Through Collaborations: Work with partner brands to design and implement campaigns that boost user acquisition, app downloads, and brand visibility across multiple channels.
- Revenue Generation: Manage and grow the partnerships revenue stream by negotiating commercial agreements, monetizing merchant listings, and upselling premium placements or features.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote mutual growth and long-term collaboration.
- Deal Negotiation & Execution: Structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Ensure seamless onboarding of partners and smooth execution of partnership initiatives from start to finish.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine and optimize partnership strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams including product, marketing, finance, and compliance to guarantee successful delivery of partnership goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to ensure achievement of key KPIs and revenue targets.

- Proven expertise in digital product and app ecosystems with a successful track record of closing high-value brand deals that drive downloads, revenue, and growth.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, onboard, and manage key partners to enhance business growth and create long-term value.
- Strong business acumen and relationship management skills, with the capability to execute partnerships effectively.
