Manager Partnerships & Digital Products

Based in Islamabad, the Manager Partnerships & Digital Products will lead the development and expansion of strategic brand collaborations across multiple consumer sectors. This role focuses on securing exclusive, high-value deals that drive app growth and revenue. The successful candidate will identify new market opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and manage partnerships from negotiation through to performance tracking. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver results that support the company’s ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic partnerships by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with brands in retail, travel, and e-commerce to secure exclusive, high-value collaborations for the platform.
- Drive app growth through collaborative campaigns with partners aimed at increasing user acquisition, app downloads, and brand visibility across multiple channels.
- Own and expand the partnerships revenue stream by negotiating commercial agreements, monetizing merchant listings, and upselling premium placements or features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutual growth and long-term value.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of partners and oversee the end-to-end implementation of partnership initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine partnership strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, finance, and compliance to ensure seamless execution of partnership deals.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance regularly, ensuring key performance indicators and revenue targets are consistently met.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise in digital product and app ecosystems with a successful track record of closing high-value brand deals that drive downloads, revenue, and growth.
- Strong business acumen paired with excellent relationship management skills for effective partner onboarding and management.
- Ability to execute partnerships efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, deal structuring, and managing commercial agreements.
