Manager Partnerships & Digital Products

As the Manager of Partnerships & Digital Products based in Islamabad, you will be instrumental in driving and expanding strategic brand collaborations across various consumer sectors. Your primary goal will be to secure exclusive, high-value partnerships that fuel app growth and increase revenue streams. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, staying informed on market trends, and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will oversee the full partnership lifecycle, from negotiation and onboarding to campaign execution and performance analysis, ensuring outcomes that benefit both the company and its partners. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, you will lead a focused team of 4–5 professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of strategic partnerships by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with brands in retail, travel, and e-commerce sectors, securing exclusive collaborations that add significant value to the platform.
- Drive app growth through collaborative marketing campaigns designed to boost user acquisition, increase app downloads, and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.
- Own and expand the partnerships revenue stream by negotiating commercial agreements, monetizing merchant listings, and upselling premium placements or features.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote mutual growth and long-term partnership value.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements aligned with the company’s strategic business objectives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and manage the end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously refine and improve partnership strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, finance, and compliance to ensure seamless execution of partnership deals.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance regularly, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets are consistently achieved.

- Proven expertise in digital product and app ecosystems, with a successful track record of closing high-value brand deals that drive downloads, revenue, and overall growth.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, onboard, and manage key partners to foster business growth and create sustainable long-term value.
