Manager - Process Mining

This role requires an experienced professional to independently lead Celonis-driven implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying the Internal Control Framework across multiple organizational functions and will actively contribute to the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Close collaboration with stakeholders is critical to accurately define project scope and develop detailed plans for end-to-end implementation. The role also involves managing resource plans across several projects, optimizing allocations to effectively meet project demands. Proactive identification and resolution of impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies through coordination with relevant teams are essential. Regular communication with management is expected to provide updates on deliverables, including highlighting risks and areas that require intervention.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Celonis implementation projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Deploy the Internal Control Framework across various organizational functions.
- Support the preparation and review of RFPs and RFQs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects to meet workload demands efficiently.
- Proactively identify and resolve project impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies by working with relevant teams.
- Provide transparent and timely status updates to management, emphasizing risks and areas needing intervention.

Required Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
