We are looking for a dynamic Manager Regional Segments to lead our regional squad and drive business growth through targeted strategies and segment-specific execution. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of regional markets to enhance commercial performance and foster innovation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing business plans tailored to regional needs and customer segments, significantly contributing to our overall growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Develop and implement business strategies specific to each region, aiming to achieve growth targets and improve commercial outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Business Support Managers, Regional Directors, Commercial Planning, Pricing, Brands, CVM, Technology, and Business Analytics teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
Market Insight: Continuously monitor regional market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and proactively adjust strategies accordingly.
Segment Management: Define and analyze target customer segments, using insights to design tailored commercial plans that address regional demands effectively.
Campaign Development: Partner with marketing teams to create and execute personalized, high-impact regional marketing and promotional campaigns.
Product Customization: Collaborate closely with product teams to adapt offerings based on the specific needs of regional customer segments.
Required Qualifications
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions is essential. Hands-on experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Python or R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Think-Cell is highly advantageous. Candidates should possess solid commercial acumen, including a deep understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and marketing strategies. Demonstrated agility and innovation are important, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and adaptability. Proven leadership skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collective results, are required.
