We are looking for an experienced Manager Regional Segments to lead our regional squad and drive business growth through focused strategies and segment-specific execution. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of regional markets to enhance commercial performance and encourage innovation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and implementing business strategies tailored to regional needs, working closely with multiple teams to ensure alignment and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution: Develop and execute business strategies specific to the region, targeting growth objectives and improving commercial results.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain effective working relationships with Business Support Managers, Regional Directors, Commercial Planning, Pricing, Brands, CVM, Technology, and Business Analytics teams to ensure seamless plan execution.

Market Insight: Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities continuously to uncover new opportunities and adjust strategies proactively.

Segment Management: Identify and analyze target customer segments to produce actionable insights that guide commercial planning and decision-making.

Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement personalized, high-impact regional marketing and promotional campaigns.

Product Customization: Work alongside product teams to adapt offerings that meet the unique needs of regional customer segments.

Required Qualifications

A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions is essential. Practical experience with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Think-Cell is highly desirable.

Demonstrated commercial acumen with a thorough understanding of market dynamics, sales, and marketing strategies is required.

Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams or squads to achieve shared objectives is necessary.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing agility and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, is critical.
