Job Description

  • All-round knowledge and market insight of Cash Management Products (pertaining to both Collections & Payments) and Cash Management system (electronic / web based)
  • Drive sales acquisition, sales pipeline conversion and deal implementation. Primary focus is on achieving revenue targets through product sales
  • Formulate and implement sales call schedule in collaboration with Business Units and Solution delivery & Implementation team
  • Provide support to sales and relationship management teams in securing the Cash Management mandates.
  • Strong liaise on with Relationship teams, customers, product & implementation team to secure and efficiently implementing new mandates.
  • Provides support in development of new cash management products that are aligned with business objectives and match client requirements.
  • Conduct presentation and handholding sessions for both prospective and existing customers
  • Conducts market research on an on-going basis to understand and identify unfulfilled customer needs for upcoming / potential solutions
  • Behavioral skills – Good Interpersonal & communication skills
