Our client, a reputable organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager for Legal and Corporate Affairs based in Karachi. The successful candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the pharma sector, with a strong preference for those who have worked in export-oriented companies. This role requires a deep understanding of international regulatory frameworks and the ability to manage complex legal agreements and corporate strategies to support business growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure compliance with international regulations and corporate affairs, including adherence to FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Clinical Development Agreements (CDA) and Collaborative Development Agreements to support clinical and collaborative projects.
- Oversee the preparation and management of Imports, Sales, and Distribution Agreements to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Lead strategic collaborations and joint venture agreements, driving corporate growth and strengthening alliances.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with exposure to export-oriented companies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international regulatory frameworks such as FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and legal matters within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in developing corporate strategies and managing alliances effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time role based in Karachi, requiring the candidate to work on-site.
- The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 250,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
