Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s corporate sector presence to attract new business while retaining existing clients through superior customer service.
- Manage sales of fixed broadband products including Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLCs, as well as cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions targeted at B2B segments.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and deliver customized technical solutions aligned with client expectations and requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages to create tailored solutions for corporate clients.
- Onboard revenue-generating customers and increase sales from the existing client base by maintaining high confidence levels through quality service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management and explore growth opportunities within the current client portfolio.
- Build and nurture new business relationships to expand the company’s market reach.
- Monitor and manage customer service operations to promptly address issues, leading to new referrals and client activations.
- Ensure revenue assurance by meeting management-assigned targets and actively working to increase revenue from both existing and prospective clients.
- Track corporate activations and disconnections regularly, analyze reasons for churn, and develop strategies to retain customers.
- Take necessary actions to resolve service, billing, or other issues that may negatively impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the telecommunications or IT sector, particularly with fixed broadband and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and corporate client management.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams to create and deliver customized solutions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving new business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
