  • To handle Inbound Calls
  • To identify issues on the website through creation of tickets
  • Welcome Call to the Customers
  • To Call customer for the resolution of complaint
  • Order Confirmation Calls
  • Up Selling

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/ A'Level
  • Exceptional Communication Skills (Verbal & Written both)
  • System Knowledge is must (Majento)
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in Call Center (BPO, Service sector, E-Commerce or HORECA)
  • Age: 22-32
