As an HR Associate you will be responsible to interact with employees frequently and resolve their only going issues, to manage data of Non-Management staff, maintain HR Data base, resolve employees ongoing  issues related to Attendance and Leave Management.

 

 To be successful in this role you must possess excellent Knowledge about  HR Operations and related areas and good understanding of Labor Laws.

To excel in this role you must be a Professional and handle all matters professionally with complete Ownership ,Responsibility and Confidentiality.

You must add value in the MandiExpress Human Resource department with your Skill set , Knowledge and Personal Values.

Some of your job responsibilities would be as under but not limited to:

  • To Maintain and Verify Attendance record of staff at all locations

  • To Enroll Staff members in the Biometric and resolve their ongoing issues related to the Bio-metric machine

  • To Maintain and Update the Leave Record of the Employees

  • Hiring and Complete Documentation of Blue collar staff

  • Trraining , Awareness and Counseling of Blue Collar staff in various areas 
  • To ensure that the sufficient pool is available to recruit the candidates on immediate basis

  • To handle the Final Settlement of Non-Management staff Professionalyy and independently

  • Strive to maintain excellent employee relations, a healthy work environment and Culture.

  • To visit Sabzi Mandi Warehouse at Superhighway as and when required basis.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Excellent Knowledge of HR functions and practices in Retail, E-Commerce or Tech Organization 

 

Tech Savvy and Command on Google Sheets, experience of using G-Suite, Good Communication Skills and be able to communicate at all levels.

Be a role model when it comes to Regularity and Punctuality and someone who is always Approachable and Helpful.

Very good attention to detail and passionate about his work who do not set limit when it comes to learn new things and handle new tasks.
