We are looking for an individual who can take the lead in our video content development process including ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production.
Experience in having worked & managed on a digital video platform will be an advantage.
What will you do?
Pre-Production:
- Research and develop concepts for digital one-off videos and web series for MangoBaaz.
- Ideate with Creative Director, Content Head and Executive Producer on concepts and potential content offerings for audiences and advertisers.
- Scripting, Storyboarding and concept development with Executive Producer and Creative Director.
- Manage logistics and preparation for shoots including cast and crew.
- Budgeting and controlling the finances of the shoots.
- Content acquisition from freelance video teams.
Production:
- Manage in-house or external production teams to deliver the required content.
Post Production:
- Supervising timelines with Video Content Creators and Video Editors to meet deadlines.
- Co-ordinate with Executive Producer or Creative Director to ensure the final product is delivered to specification.
- Ensure the success of the video marketing plan devised by the Creative Director and Executive Producer.
Successful Profile:
- Experience and interest in creating and managing digital video content
- Understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Understanding of production equipment (e.g. Sony A7S2, lighting, sounds equipment)
- Strong network of video freelancers
- Ability to maintain and build external relationships with partners
