Job description for an outlet Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

· Developing & maintain customer data base.

· Handling customer complaints and reacting to them.

· Maintain the wastage report and insure to minimize it.

· Care of equipment must be ensured.

· Maintain rosters of your staff.

· Daily, Weekly and Monthly demands must be up raised by yourself.

· Time to time train your staff according to the modern service tactics.

· Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

· Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

· Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements

· Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

· Lead his team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

· Daily report about the hygiene of crew members.

· Insure that the outlet must be clean on daily and hourly bases.

· Crew members Uniforms must be cleaned and well ironed.

· Establish targets, KPI’s(Key Performance Indicators), schedules, policies and procedures

· Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

· Comply with all health and safety regulations

· Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

· Follow the Daily & Weekly check list files.
