Fashion Designer

We are currently working with an international conglomerate within the textile and fashion sector. They are growing quickly and would like to have a fashion designer support their efforts for the clothing manufacturing they use in Pakistan.

Any levels considered, but at this stage, the group looks for an ambitious and self-driven candidate with 2 to 4 years experience.

The salary will be negotiable based on experience, portfolio, and quality of interview.

Responsibilities:

· Sketch out the design

· Test different fabric materials for the design

· Test the design on models and people

· Display designs to potential customers and vendors

· Work with production to see if the design is feasible

· Samples Development, Size Specification accordingly approved designs

· Attend fashion events

· Increase knowledge of the fashion industry

· elect fabrics, embellishments, colors, or a style for each garment or accessory

· Work with other designers or team members to create prototype designs

· Develop innovative designs for the organization

Qualifications for Fashion Designer

· Bachelor's or Associate's degree in fashion design

· Ability to create eye-catching designs

· A good eye for fashion

· Expert in fabric development & processing

· Sketch designs, select fabrics and patterns, and give instructions on how to make the products they design

· Deep knowledge of the fashion industry

· Incredible attention to detail

· Incredible creative ability

· Ability to work alone

· Ability to collaborate with other designers
