The Role: Call Center Sales Executive – Outbound Sales.
The Team: Spintronics work with multiple USA-based clients. We are fast growing organization and expanding our call center sales team. We are looking for experienced people with excellent English communication skills. You will get opportunities to learn transferable sales and marketing skills along with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Cater outbound calls to promote and sell the product/service
- Interact with customers via cold calls and generate qualified Insurance/Solar leads
- Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmark
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- O/A Levels, Graduate or above
- Neutral. Be proficient in English
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prior tele sales experience is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience.
Work Hours:
This is a night shift position (8pm to 2am)
