JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meet and greet the walk-ins and the ones by appointment.
- Answer phone calls appropriately as guided.
- Handle the desk as per established SOPs (On-Job training will be provided).
- Be a direct assistant to the CEO with written documentation as well as setting up high profile meetings/appointments, his overseas travel etc.
- Maintain calendars, daily schedules, studio classes schedules, consultancy appointments.
- Record all incoming calls with necessary details and share the same with Management.
- Maintain leads status sheet with proper followup.
- Give the clients/walk-ins a tour of the Studio (if necessary).
- Maintain staff clock-ins, clock-outs and administer other daily administrative tasks.
- Daily report the status of undertaken tasks as per given format.
- Coordinate with Studio and clients on schedule of classes and any administrative support required by them.
Job Timings
Shift One (FDO 1):
Monday ~ Friday: 7.45am to 5pm
Saturday: 8.45am ~ 2pm
Shift Two (FDO 2):
Monday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 7:30 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 2 PM
