Conduct staff performance evaluations
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities

Conduct the recruitment process, from job posting to final selection, participate in interviews.
Command on English writing and formal expression
Excellent communication Skills
Maintain employees data including contracts, educational record, experience record, ACRs, appraisals.

Find, discuss and resolve employees issues at work.
Keep record of attendance and timings.
