- Develop, maintain and mature sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
- Development of new marketing collateral and sales content
- Manage prospects from lead generation to demo stage of the internal sales process with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
- Planning and executing campaigns targeting current and potential clients
- Developing a marketing strategy from concept to analysis to educate, nurture and retain customers through email, eNewsletters, etc.
- Create a full-fledged marketing campaign to create awareness of the brand – (social media, blogging, guest posts, advertising, PPC, SEO, and email)
- Provide competitive research and analysis support
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

- B2B Marketing Experience in construction industry is a plus
