We are hiring Associate Trainer - Contact Center based in Lahore to join our team at Marham.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop call centers' education materials.
- Conduct training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees
- Conduct sessions to provide soft skills training as well as system & process oriented training.
- Train experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
- Observe the daily operations of call center employees and identify any areas of improvement.
- Liaise with team leaders to conduct on-the-job training.
- Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and prepare individual progress reports.
- Ensure employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 to years relevant experience
- Proven experience of working in any local call center
- Ability to build the training department from the scratch
- Candidate should be able to manage the complete scope of the call center's training department.
