Marhama Group is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and possesses expertise in project management and cost estimation. This role focuses on planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Civil Engineer will work independently without direct responsibility for managing a team, collaborating closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver quality results.
The Civil Engineer plays a critical role in assessing project feasibility, developing detailed engineering plans, and monitoring construction progress. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings in accordance with project requirements and regulatory standards.

- Estimate project costs by analyzing materials, labor, and equipment needs to prepare accurate budgets and proposals.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure that project specifications and timelines are met.
- Perform risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Review engineering reports, drawings, and specifications to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design plans and address any technical challenges promptly.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project progress, changes, and technical evaluations.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and innovations to apply best practices to projects.
- Support problem-solving efforts by analyzing structural failures or design issues and recommending corrective measures.
