Silverlight Research Group is looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Business Research Analyst to join its remote team. This role focuses on supporting international client projects by identifying, engaging, and connecting with industry professionals worldwide. The ideal candidate is motivated to build a career in global research and communication while working within UK business hours. Compensation is performance-based, with monthly pay and additional incentives tied to project milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify professionals and experts that align with client requirements.
- Engage with industry professionals through approved communication channels.
- Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and maintain quality standards.
- Keep organized, accurate, and up-to-date records of all communications and research data.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Urdu and Hindi languages.
- Between 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation is preferred.
- An updated LinkedIn profile for verification purposes.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
- Candidates must not be enrolled as full-time students or employed full-time elsewhere.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and research skills are encouraged to apply.
