We are looking for a Marketing & Digital Sales Executive to join our team remotely from Karachi. This role is centered on driving digital marketing efforts and supporting sales within the steel structure manufacturing and tents & tensile shade structures industry, primarily catering to B2B clients in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign management, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams based in Pakistan and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing networks. Manage social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on tents and steel product promotions. Monitor ad performance closely to improve cost per lead (CPL) using tools like Google Analytics and UTM tracking to measure conversions and campaign effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Sales Support: Track inquiries from digital channels including the company website, ads, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. Maintain and update lead trackers to ensure prompt follow-up by the sales team. Support the sales process by assisting in converting leads into proposals, quotations, and site visits. Prepare weekly reports summarizing marketing activities and inquiry outcomes.
Government Portals & B2B Registrations: Manage company registrations and profiles on UAE government and business platforms such as Tejari, MOEI, Ariba, Etimad, and DCT. Upload and maintain product catalogs, licenses, and compliance documents. Monitor tender notifications and assist with initial registration procedures.
Social Media & Content Management: Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Work closely with designers to create banners, brochures, and video content. Draft basic copy for product descriptions, campaigns, and updates. Optimize the Google Business Profile (GMB) to enhance local search visibility.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, sales coordination, or B2B advertising. Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook) Ads certification is preferred. Experience in construction, industrial, or steel-related sectors will be an advantage. Strong English communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams are required. Proficiency with Google Ads tools (Search Console, Keyword Planner, Tag Manager), Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting is necessary. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing creatives, as well as experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile management, and WhatsApp Web CRM, is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes
Candidates with knowledge of construction and B2B portals and registration platforms will be preferred. Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho and lead automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush and basic WordPress CMS skills will be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented with strong attention to detail. A creative thinker with a business-driven mindset who can manage multiple marketing and sales tasks simultaneously is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to coordinate between teams in the UAE and Pakistan are essential.
This is a full-time remote position offering a monthly salary range of PKR 120,000 to 160,000. It presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company within a specialized industrial sector by combining digital marketing expertise with sales support functions.
