We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead and implement the marketing strategy for our veterinary medicines and animal health products across Pakistan, with a particular focus on the Punjab and Sindh regions. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to support product launches and field marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with veterinary professionals and distributors to strengthen our market presence. Responsibilities include developing brand messaging, managing campaigns, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to both internal and external marketing resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for veterinary medicines and animal health products, targeting the Pakistan market with emphasis on Punjab and Sindh.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and field teams to align marketing activities with sales goals, supporting product launches, distributor engagement, and field marketing efforts.
- Create compelling brand messaging, product positioning, and marketing materials tailored specifically for veterinary professionals.
- Plan and implement demand-generation campaigns using various channels such as veterinary conferences, technical workshops, digital marketing, social media, and webinars.
- Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Travel regularly to key markets including Punjab, Sindh, and KPK to interact with veterinary professionals, distributors, and field teams; collect market insights and support field marketing.
- Coordinate with production, regulatory, quality, and technical teams to ensure marketing content is compliant, scientifically accurate, and reflects the latest market information.
- Mentor and collaborate with internal marketing staff and external agencies to maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing within the veterinary or animal health industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Pakistan market, especially Punjab and Sindh regions.
- Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, regulatory, and technical departments.
- Proficiency in budget management, campaign analysis, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently to key regional markets.
- Strong communication skills with the capability to produce targeted marketing content for veterinary professionals.
- Experience in mentoring or managing marketing teams and external agencies.
