We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Female Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the tiles and ceramics sector, based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing within industries such as tiles, building materials, interior design, or construction. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive brand promotion, manage social media platforms, conduct site visits, engage with clients, and analyze customer feedback to boost sales and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote tiles and related products. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events. Create and oversee marketing materials including brochures, videos, and catalogs to effectively communicate the brand message.
Site Visits & Client Interaction: Regularly visit dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and interior designers to promote products and gather market insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to support business expansion and customer loyalty.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Produce engaging content including posts, reels, and stories to enhance brand visibility. Monitor digital campaigns, analyze their effectiveness, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Customer Feedback & Reporting: Collect and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement. Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to address customer concerns swiftly. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
Coordination & Support: Work in close coordination with the sales team to achieve business targets. Liaise with design and production teams to meet customized client requirements. Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or BBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 3 to 7 years of proven marketing experience in the tiles, ceramics, construction, or building materials sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client visits and promotional activities.
- Creative, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
