Job Description

The Marketing/Sales Coordinator cum Secretary will be responsible for:

  • Multi-tasking with a “can-do” attitude
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with departments Heads/Managers and relevant persons.
  • Maintaining calendar of all upcoming events.
  • Helping the department/team to coordinate with internal & external customers.
  • Well versed with computer use with an emphasis on Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Drafting letters and other documents.
  • Active outgoing or incoming correspondence
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from callers and answer queries where possible.
  • Know-how of Travel Management/Arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain records ensuring information is organized & easily accessible.
  • Performing other duties as assigned or requested.
  • Assist with the organizational support of day to day business office conduct.
