We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Sialkot. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives targeting both local and international markets. This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive leader who can cultivate strong client relationships, spearhead brand development, and effectively manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets to drive growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
- Lead brand development efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, participation in exhibitions, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively with clients and customers.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor, train, and lead the sales and marketing team to foster a results-driven culture and achieve departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or BBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the sports goods industry.
- Strong expertise in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of export procedures and international trade is considered an advantage.

- This role requires full-time, on-site presence at the Sialkot office.
