We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves managing various operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, supporting project execution, and maintaining effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Support project teams by managing schedules, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to ongoing projects and operational processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement processes as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
