Prepare yearly payroll
Review, process and distribute account payable checksHandle inquiries from vendors
Maintain account payable system records
Prepare and distribute related tax forms
Close account payable on a monthly basis, review, correct and distribute reports
Audit petty cash for reimbursementAudit employee expenses to ensure compliance with corporate policy before paying
