RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to provide protection and Security to our patients / employees / hospital premises/assets.
- Survey, identify and document potential security gaps.
- Leverage knowledge of international best practice safety and security guidelines to create a comprehensive security plan, including evacuation measures.
- Assist in the compilation, dissemination and implementation of Security frameworks.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with employees and external security vendors.
- Health check of Security tools on a regular basis.
- Conduct safety drills and quality checks to ensure the plan has been adequately implemented.
- Regular evaluation of threat perception of the Area of Responsibility.
- Facilitate HSE team in safety drills and quality checks to ensure plan has been properly implemented.
- Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
- Maintain good relations with the Police Department
- Work out plan to ensure the eviction of illegal occupants on MAROOF International Hospital property.
