Marriage.pk is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires a professional with excellent telephone communication skills to engage with domestic clients and promote our services through targeted outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of proven experience working in a domestic call center environment, with a strong focus on outbound sales rather than general customer service. The position operates on a strict day shift schedule and does not involve managing a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual who excels in a fast-paced telemarketing setting and is committed to achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth.
(Guaranteed Fixed Basic) + Uncapped Commission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the domestic market to promote and sell marriage-related services offered by Marriage.pk.
- Communicate effectively in Urdu to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored sales pitches that align with customer requirements.
- Maintain a clear, polite, and persuasive telephone manner at all times to enhance customer experience and improve conversion rates.
- Follow a structured sales process, including introducing services, answering queries, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups within the designated CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments for feedback and improvements based on customer interactions and sales trends.
- Stay informed about new services, promotions, and industry developments to effectively communicate the value of offerings to prospective clients.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices in all interactions.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
