The Room Service Manager among other duties will be responsible:
1. The highest possible standard of Food and Drinks being served to room guests.
2. Coordination of service between kitchen and room Service.
3. Ensuring the roster system for all room service tasks are adhered.
4. Ensuring maintenance of liquor stocks, proper storage and control, and accounting.
5. Conducting regularly training for room service waiters.
6. To ensure all areas under your command are clean and tidy at all times.
7. To ensure hot food is served.
8. To ensure smooth operation of Executive Lounge.
9. To ensure material and supplies are adequate at all the times for proper service flow.
10. To ensure room service associates are well aware of F&B activities in the hotel.
11. To assist management as and when required.
12. To check the personal hygiene of all associates.
