An electrical /electronic diploma holder must have 5 years’ experience in maintaining packaging line.
Should have hands on experience of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of packing machines like VFFS , Cartoning , conveyors ,batching plants .
Skills & Qualities.
- TPM and other maintenance systems .
- daily maintenance reporting .
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- PLC programming/ troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of machine .
- Production line experience on high speed packaging equipment in fmcg, food, chemical, or pharmaceutical environment.
- Analytical skills with drive to implement improvements
- Awareness of quality/Good Manufacturing Practice
- Experience of a KPI focussed environment
- Supervisory experience
