Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions by ensuring timely documentation and update of journal entry.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements and communicate
- Be in constant touch with suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Prepare final invoices and send them to vendors and suppliers
- Process timely bank deposits and update financial records accordingly.
- Identify and address accounting discrepancies and report them to line-manager.
- Prepare monthly reports of accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and continuous follow up with customers for outstanding balance.
- Maintain up-to-date internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
- Assist in preparing budget forecasts & financial statements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Assist in Yearly Audit of financial transactions and documents
- Comply with financial policies and regulations of the company.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Keep organized records and maintaining both clients and vendor files.
Qualifications:
- Suitable qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Some kind of experience is preferred but fresh graduates can also apply.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and attentive to details
