Your role will be:
- Cook authentic pakistani curries, payaa, nihari, kharai
- Prepare and cook grill items including kebab tikka roast etc
- Prepare and cook rice dishes including Biryani Pilau and Zarda
- Prepare and maintain food stock levels to meet demands
- Follow food handling guidance
