We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing operations with an emphasis on organic and paid growth strategies. This role, based in our Lahore office, requires the candidate to primarily serve our business interests in Canada, and later in Pakistan, where you will be entrusted with designing, implementing, and continuously refining our digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of SEO experts and content writers but should be able to do all the required work hands-on
  • Strategize and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, covering SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for the website and optimize it for traffic and conversion
  • Create and sustain our online presence across various digital platforms through content generation and postings.
  • Manage our monthly newsletters.
  • Create a dashboard and continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns against set KPIs and ROI.
  • Utilize the latest trends and market insights to enhance campaign performance and maximize budget efficiency.
  • Conceptualize and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Plan and conduct A/B testing for campaigns and conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages to optimize the user journey.
  • Leverage analytics to evaluate customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to stay competitive.
  • Coordinate closely with Canadian teams to understand our target audience and craft effective marketing strategies.
  • Adhere to Canadian legal norms pertaining to digital marketing and online advertising.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry influencers and professionals to increase visibility and potential referrals.
  • Oversee creation of design for offline assets such as brochures and banners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field for a reputable local or international university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Proven experience in growing organic traffic, preferable for North American companies
  • Proficiency with website analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, MOZ etc.
  • Familiarity with ad serving tools.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • In-depth understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, and social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English

Note: The is not a remote position. Candidate must be able to commute to and work in our Lahore office in New Garden Town
