Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining company databases by entering new employee data and employment information.
  • Screening resumes and applications to find suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Arranging interviews for shortlisted applicants.
  • Publishing job postings on various job boards and social media.
  • Removing job postings once positions have been filled.
  • Sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Assisting with new employee orientations.
  • Answering staff questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
