We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a background in IT industry. We are a fast-growing Canadian-based tech firm specializing in software development for healthcare and fintech.
The ideal candidate should posses the following skills:
- Prepare a wide variety of material, reports and presentations using intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prepare Payroll and Manage attendance of Employees.
- Maintain employee records, benefits, leave records, appraisals etc.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies
- Manage Recruitment (requisitions and postings, candidate interviews, drafting offer letters, sending out new hire packets.)
- Review resumes, perform phone screens, conduct reference checks and facilitate scheduling of interviews.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills – ability to work with all levels of personnel, executive support, and work well as part of a team
