We are looking an experienced Area Sales Manager having 5-7 Years’ experience in sales in relevant Electronic component & industrial products in Middle East Market. Effective Team leader to drive the team and achieve team target.
- Must have experience of achieving the branch stated sales targets and business objectives in line with the required gross profit margin.
- Supervision of Account Sales Manager’s team & Branch office Staff and manage them on daily basis. Motivate and lead your sales team to achieve their individual target. Maintain discipline in the branch in all area of business.
- Determine strategy for assigned countries to develop business in conjunction with Middle East Sales Manager / Director.
- Manage all key cooperate Accounts in your regions and service them.
- Prepare business planning for assigned region for your team and also key corporate accounts.
- Produce a timely weekly & monthly sales performance report.
- Local / International travel required for this job.
- Proactive sales initiative introduction to the Sales Team.
