Mass (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Business Development (BD) Executive to facilitate the growth of our extreme adventure startup
This key team member will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, including systematic prospect targeting, development of opportunity-specific sales strategy. The individual will prepare and facilitate presentations/proposals as well as close sales and finalize agreements with customers. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the CEO to reach out target industry, business and Not-for-Profit leaders and clients through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations.
• Proactively refining lead generation process and sales presentations for engaging customers/prospects.
• Actively reach out target customers and achieve new customers sign up targets.
• Responsible for tracking relevant RFPs, development of proposals for RFP responses.
• Sufficiently positioning Adventure and tourism services, and key advantages, and differentiating us from other service providers to generate interest within the target audience.
• Responsible for executing the sales plan and process.
• Working with the management to reach out target clientele for sales pitch and product demonstration.
• Actively work with and leverage existing networking contacts for generation of business leads.
• Support in cross-selling additional services to existing clients where appropriate.
