Massa Global is currently hiring a full-time Office Manager in its Lahore office to coordinate between the different offices around the globe.
Job Responsibilities;
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising staff, attendance, office operations e.g. front desk, housekeeping, emails and phone calls.
- Coordinating leadership, e.g. meetings, travel, personal assistance.
The preferred candidate should possess the following:
- Good command on Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience of working with Architecture, Interior design, Construction or Real Estate firm.
- A good understanding of generating contracts.
- Proficient in speaking English.
- Be a proactive team player.
- Be based, near or in DHA Area
