We are a Dubai-based Architecture and Interior Fit-out company established in 2011. We have handed over multiple projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, North America and East Africa, and are looking to expand into the Pakistan market.
We are currently interested in hiring a full-time Female Receptionist/Personal Assistant to the Director.
The preferred candidate should have the following:
-Self-starter who can work on own initiative with minimal supervision
-Ability to manage time and prioritize workload
-Strong oral and written communication skills in English
-Welcome office visitors and attend to phone calls
-Develops and maintain the Director’s documents, data files and confidential information
-Basic bookkeeping knowledge
-Assist the Dubai based Accountant with Financial logs, invoicing, etc.
-Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, etc.
