You will act as a liaison between customers and the service technicians for all paint and body repairs. You will determine the problems, perform inspections, communicate repair timelines to customer and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers' concerns. You will execute the service operations cycle (reception till delivery), will manage end-to-end insurance claims process and ensure customer satisfaction.
To apply, you should be a DAE / B.Tech and possess 3 - 5 years of technical expertise, mainly in body & paint area, working at a reputable OEM dealership. Technical plus Service Advisor certifications from a reputable OEM are highly preferred.
