You will act as a liaison between customers and the service technicians for all mechanical repairs. You will determine the problems, perform inspections, communicate repair timelines to customer and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers' concerns. You will execute the service operations cycle (reception till delivery), ensure post-repair vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
To apply, you should be a DAE / B.Tech / Graduate with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable OEM dealership. Service advisor certifications from OEM is a plus.
