• Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts
  • Accountable for dealing with client and demonstrating the product features as per requirement of the customers.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives
  • Looking for effective ways to build strong relations with the customer.
  • Analyze sales trends, track unit sales, and generate gross margin reports
  • Generate monthly budgets and sales forecast
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • Schedule and conduct meeting with the new prospects for business lead and in order to build up good rapport.
  • Working on assigned tasks and assisting on different project as per required by the management.
  • Reporting the show room’s progress to the higher management on daily basis.
  • Collecting payment, making bill and providing hand-out receipt to the customer.
  • Follow up on the document processing right from the challan to the dispatch of the order.
  • Received ordered and complaint chairs at the show room for onward dispatch to the client.
  • Processing and forwarding the product complaints to the relevant department to take necessary action against the complaints.
  • Follow up till the final resolution of the complaint.
  • Prospecting new client via cold calls to generate business leads and arranging visits
  • Looking for right tender in the newspaper for onward transmission to different levels of management.
  • Submission of weekly sales report to GM (Marketing) on Weekly basis.
  • To identify business opportunities and timely action of convert opportunities into achievement.
  • To undertake any other assignment given by Immediate Supervisor.
  • POSITION LEAD TO BE PERMANENT AS "SALES EXECUTIVE" AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION PERIOD WITH ENHANCEMENT IN PAY.
