- Handle all arrangement as required for the recruitment& selection process (Employee Requisition Forms, Job descriptions, sourcing, job advert, screening & short listing, arranging interview, documents handling & Verification, checking of application forms, compiling and reporting of interviews record, Background check, reference check etc.).
- Assist in Payroll processing, attendance, leave record management, employee records, and employee files maintenance, new Joinings, orientations, employee separations, employee manuals, and policy making etc.
- Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
- Assisting Head of HR in day to day HR operations.
